2. What data we collect

Information you give us — when you submit the application form, we collect your name, business/website, email address, phone number, and the business details you provide (monthly revenue range, ad-spend range, business type).

Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, we and our providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your application and assess fit — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To contact you about working together — legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
• To measure and improve our advertising — legal basis: your consent for non-essential cookies/tracking (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (data processors), including:

• Tally — application form hosting.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel, where enabled and consented.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site, and — with your consent — the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads. You can withdraw consent or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

6. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Meta, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential engagement, and thereafter only as required for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Section 8).
